Q: How do I get directions to the dental office?

A: Go to the Location Page and use the Google Maps link, or use the listed directions that are provided.

Q: Can I fill out paperwork online before I contact the office for the first time?

A: You should make an appointment before you fill out your paperwork. Call (760) 242-7744 to make an appointment. Then you can download the forms found on the Forms Page.

Q: Where do I fill out and submit my paperwork using my computer at home online?

A: Click on the Forms Page and follow the prompts. You will be able to fill out and print your Patient Information Form and Dental and Health History Form from the Forms Page.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to my first appointment if I have already filled out my paperwork on my computer?

A: Yes. You will need to print the completed form(s) and bring them with you. You will also need to bring in your insurance cards and driver license.

Q: Can I pay on my account online?

A: We currently cannot process payments through the web site.

Q: Can I make appointments through the web site online?

A: You can request a call from the office from the Contact Page. The Contact Page will notify us during regular office hours to give you a call.

Q: Can I get information from my insurance company through your web site?

A: Yes, for some carriers. Go to the Insurance Page and click on your insurance company’s name or logo. Only the carriers with the logos can be accessed through our site.

Q: Can I get more information about procedures offered at your practice?

A: Yes. Many of the procedures listed on the Procedures Page are linked to the American Dental Association’s informational web site. Or you can go directly to www.mouthhealthy.org to look up other topics related to dentistry.

Q: What will happen at my very first visit?

A: You will sign your paperwork. We’ll make copies of your insurance cards and license. You will have necessary X-rays and an exam with the doctor.

Q: Can I have my teeth cleaned the first day I come into the office for my exam as a new patient?

A: No. The type of cleaning that you need will be determined at the time of your exam. Not all cleanings take the same amount of time or visits.

Q: Can I choose the doctor that I would like to see?

A: Yes. When you contact the office for the first time please let the staff know which doctor you want to see.

Q: Can I get notified about any specials or discounts?

A: Yes. “Like” us on Facebook and you will get early notifications of specials on Invisalign, sealants and other specials.
